DEDICATION

To the Marx Brothers who in "A Day at the Races" were engaged in a "scam" of selling books which were purported to enable the owners thereof to pick "winners" but which required the use of another book available from the Marx Brothers. The second book required a third for its use and so on.

Also dedicated to all those students upon whom I have inflicted my course in "Indian Law Titles" from the last thirty-three years in recognition of their service as guinea pigs.

And also to those students yet to come.
